High Embankment Retaining Arches 3+1 plus abutment

Produces embankment retaining arch sections. Casts are a 3 section and a 1 section as well as an abutment, as this allows you to create lengths of retaining walling and add sections to the extended length, allowing you to make any length you need along your model railway layout.

Product description

Model Railway Building mould. Cast these building moulds with our Tuffcast casting powder or  polyurethane Resin (Fastcast Resin) to make custom casts that can be used to make model railway buildings. See all our other Model making moulds and build up your collection to extend your building capabilities.

 

Casting is easy, just mix your preferred plaster, with water, pour into the casting mould, level off with a spatula and allow to dry for around 1 hour. Extract your parts from the mould and repeat to build up a stock of building parts. Then glue together with PVA glue or superglue if using resin casted parts.

 

You can make a range of buildings, we suggest you lay out all the parts before gluing so you can see how your new building will look. We also have FREE building plans as well as tutorials online to help you get the most out of this amazing building medium.

 

Your models will look and feel like real stone and although they take longer to build than card models the finish is absolutely amazing
